1. Scope of Roofing Services

ELIKAY ROOFING LLC provides professional residential roof replacements, leak repairs, architectural shingles, attic ventilation, seamless gutters, and eave fascia carpentry across the State of Texas.

2. Written Estimates & Scope Agreements

All roofing projects are specified in detailed written proposals defining materials, shingle warranties, and total agreed pricing prior to commencement.

3. Property Access & Safety

Property owners agree to provide safe perimeter and roof access for crews and material deliveries. Our crew protects landscaping with tarps and executes magnetic nail sweeps.

4. Governing Law
